Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During new launches, sales, holidays, or special events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders. If available, this option will appear at checkout and pickup instructions will be sent once your order is ready.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Chic Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
